It's my first day back to work after 7-month resting. I really tried my best to keep up with my team members and colleagues, and I hope I will do every thing OK.
According the saying of my Japan general manager, the difficulty means that you are working something because if you don't do anything, there isn't any challenge. Don't feel so bad about the difficulty or challenge because they are the proof of your hard working.
